Casner developed its Women’s Initiative in order to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all of the firm’s attorneys, initiated by the firm’s women attorneys and allies. Business development and networking are key components of the committee’s focus and committee members work to create and nurture new connections to support each other’s practices. The Women’s Initiative bridges internal and external opportunity and advancement efforts, by highlighting connections between Casner women attorneys and women-owned businesses, women clients, and women-led not-for-profit organizations and their allies.
