Justine H. Kim focuses her practice in the area of family law, including divorce, modification, child custody and support, grandparent visitation, guardianship, and contempt. Justine brings a wealth of experience in dealing with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, which is further enriched by her perspective as a Korean-American from an immigrant family. Exceptional client service is central to Justine’s practice. She builds strong client relationships by fostering an environment of trust and compassion in legal representation.
Justine has been dedicated to the practice of Family Law since the beginning of her law school career. As a Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 certified student attorney, she worked at Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Boston College Legal Services LAB assisting indigent clients in divorce and domestic violence matters. Her extensive pro bono work led to her recognition on the 2022 Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll.
Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, Justine was an Associate at Burns & Levinson, LLP in Boston, as well as Brofsky Green, LLC, a boutique family law firm in Needham.
