Daihui advises startup founders, high growth technology companies of all sizes, as well as private and institutional investors on various matters and transactions, including the setup and day-to-day governance of the company, equity and debt financings in different stages, and miscellaneous employment or IP issues. His practice spans the entire corporate lifecycle from inception to exit/liquidation and he has represented clients across different industries such as biotech, blockchain, web3, software, IT, social media, supply chain, and more.
Daihui’s practice is accentuated by his experience growing up in mainland China. He speaks native Mandarin and has been providing legal counsel to Chinese start-up founders, including those in the Harvard and MIT start-up circle. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, Daihui was an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
